"According to law enforcement officials, the young man published a video from the 'Atesh' movement along with the following text that repeated the speech from the video: 'I have been mobilized. Now it's time to announce yourself. We are the underground movement "Atesh, which includes Crimean Tatars, Ukrainians, and Russians. We mobilized into the Russian army to destroy it from within. We will be leaking the positions of soldiers, equipment. We will be organizing sabotage at warehouses and headquarters. We are not many! Believe me, there will be more. Join 'Ateş'!
