Polozov Nikolay Nikolaevich

In Moscow, no later than July 4, 2025, a criminal case was opened against lawyer Nikolai Polozov. Russia's Ministry of Internal Affairs put him on the wanted list on this day. The lawyer was accused of publicly spreading knowingly false information about the use of the Russian Armed Forces motivated by political hatred. The details of the charges are unknown. In October 2025, several more members of the "Council of the Free Russia Forum" were added to the list of "terrorists and extremists" of Rosfinmonitoring: Boris Golant, Anastasia Kirilenko, Alfred Koch, Alexander Morozov, Nikolai Polozov, Igor Eidman, and Mikhail Krutikhin.
