Case Description
Russian citizen of Ukraine, prisoner of war, serviceman of the Azov regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Roman Kovpak, was charged with participating in a terrorist community. Date of detention unknown. On October 11, 2023, the Southern District Military Court found Roman Kovpak guilty, the size of the punishment is unknown. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
