Members of the 'Aidar' battalion, which is banned in the Russian Federation, are accused of violent seizure of power and participation in a terrorist organization. According to the court's decision, he was to serve his sentence in a strict regime colony. The cases against Maria Mischenko, Lilia Prutyan, and Yevgeny Pyatigortsev were separated into a separate proceeding by the court.
