Case Description
В посёлке Бира Облученского района Еврейской автономной области 3 января 2025 года пришли с обыском к 18-летнему местному жителю Алексею Шошину. У него изъяли телефон, в котором обнаружили переписку с якобы представителями легиона «Свобода России».
16 января 2025 года молодого человека задержали и обвинили в участие в террористическом сообществе. Суд поместил Шошина в СИЗО.
26 августа 2025 года 1-й Восточный окружной военный суд признал Алексея Шошина виновным и приговорил его к 6 годам лишения свободы в колонии общего режима.
