Shipaev Aleksandr Viktorovich

In Moscow at Vnukovo Airport on November 30, 2024, during an attempt to leave Russia, 27-year-old Alexander Shipaev, a resident of the city of Asbest in the Sverdlovsk region, was detained. The man was taken to the line office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at Vnukovo Airport, where a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against him under the article on petty hooliganism. According to the protocol, Shipaev, being on the second floor of Terminal A at Vnukovo Airport in the international departures zone, was shouting loudly, waving his arms, using obscene language "without addressing anyone specifically, and refusing to show his documents to the police officers who arrived. On December 2, 2024, Judge Maria Emelyanova of the Solntsevsky District Court of Moscow sentenced Shipaeva to 15 days of administrative arrest. On December 17, 2024, after serving his sentence, the young man was detained again, and a second report on an administrative offense was drawn up against him under the article on petty hooliganism. According to police reports, Shipaev, while on the first floor of Terminal A at Vnukovo Airport in the arrivals area, loudly shouted, waved his arms, used obscene language, and refused to present an identity document upon entering the unclaimed baggage room. On December 19, 2024, Maria Yemelyanova of the Solntsevsky District Court of Moscow sentenced Shipaev to 15 days of administrative arrest. After serving his sentence, Shipaev was detained on criminal charges. He was accused of attempting to commit a terrorist act by a group of persons by prior conspiracy. The details of the charges are unknown. On December 30, 2025, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow placed the man in a pre-trial detention center at the request of the investigation. It is reported that Shipaev attempted suicide while in custody.
