In Moscow, on March 24, 2025, a criminal case was initiated for public calls for terrorism against a 24-year-old local resident, Adelina Puchkova. According to the investigation, from 10 March to 14 April 2024, Puchkova posted seven text messages in one of the Telegram chats, in which she spoke positively about the activities of the "Freedom of Russia" legion and the "Russian Volunteer Corps" (RDK), in particular about the RDK's invasion of the Bryansk and Kursk regions in 2024. Furthermore, she was looking for ways to join the RDK, for which she developed a route to the territory of Ukraine through Kazakhstan and found a person who could help her with obtaining a foreign passport, but she did not carry out her intent to the end. The next day, on March 25, the girl was detained and interrogated at the Babushkinsky MRSD of the SU for Moscow. On March 27, 2025, the Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow chose a measure of restraint for the case's defendant in the form of detention. On May 12, 2025, the charges against Puchkova were toughened - an article on planning participation in the activities of a terrorist organization and treason was added." On December 23, 2025, Judge Oleg Shishov of the 2nd Western Military District Court found Adelina Puchkova guilty and sentenced her to 9 years in a general regime colony and imposed a 2-year ban on website administration.
