Case Description
On June 27, 2024, in Nova Kakhovka, the occupied Kherson region, Russian security forces abducted a 56-year-old local resident, a citizen of Ukraine, editor of the local newspaper "Kakhovskaya Zarya" and deputy of the Kakhovka City Council from the "Servant of the People" party, Zhanna Kiseleva, directly from her apartment. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
