After serving his sentence, Rudogo was detained on August 19 on criminal charges. He was accused of public calls for terrorism and extremism. According to the investigation's version, the man, being against the conduct of the "special military operation, left negative comments on social networks that discredited the Russian army, as well as President of Russia V.V. August 21, 2025, the Central District Court of Sochi, Krasnodar Krai, placed the defendant in the case in custody at the request of the investigation. On October 3, 2025, when the man was in the SIZO, he was brought to administrative responsibility under the article on "discrediting" the Russian army.
