Case Description
In early July 2024, 18-year-old Vladislav Sosedko, a local resident of Moscow, was detained. A criminal case was opened against him for committing a terrorist act as part of a group of persons by prior conspiracy." "According to the investigation, the young man, being a minor, sent requests to join the "Freedom of Russia" legion and the "Russian Volunteer Corps" in Telegram. 3 July 2024, the Shcherbinsky District Court of Moscow denied the prosecution's request to choose detention as a preventive measure and placed Sosnedko under house arrest.
