Case Description
In Perm, no later than the beginning of August 2023 (the exact date is unknown), local resident Vladislav Dilmukhametov, 39, was detained. He was accused of preparing a terrorist act and assisting in terrorist activities. According to the security forces' version, Dilmukhametov in 2022 planned to set fire to one of the military enlistment offices in Perm, after first making a homemade incendiary device. However, Vladislav was detained before he had time to carry out his plan. Before the planned arson, the man allegedly corresponded on a social network, where he "formed in an acquaintance the desire to participate in the arson of the military enlistment office building with the same purpose." During the investigation, Dilmukhametov was held in a pre-trial detention center. On April 1, 2024, the Central Military District Court found Vladislav Dilmukhametov guilty and sentenced him to 10 years in prison, 4 of which he must spend in prison, and the remaining 6 in a strict regime colony. November 2, 2024, the Appellate Military Court upheld the verdict.
