Case Description
In the Orekhovo-Zuyevo district of the Moscow region, on August 12, 2024, a 44-year-old local activist Vladislav Apestyn was detained. He was accused of calling for terrorism. The details of the charges are unknown. August 13, 2024, Orekhovo-Zuyevo City Court of the Moscow Region sent Apestin into custody. On Maslenitsa in 2024, Apestin burned 'PUchelo', and in the ballot he wrote 'khuylo murderer'.
