Teterev Vladimir Valerevich (Teteryev Volodimir Valeriyovich)

On August 24, 2022, in the village of Mikhailovka in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, the head of the local occupation administration, Ivan Sushko, was killed as a result of a car explosion, and a child who was with him suffered a concussion and nervous shock. Later, six Ukrainian citizens, residents of the Zaporizhzhia region, 46-year-old Vladimir Teterev, 31-year-old Alexey Kirichenko, 20-year-old Alexander Lyakhovchenko, 18-year-old Danila Smol, 42-year-old Gennady Kizilov, and 32-year-old native of the Kherson region Dmitry Novikov, were detained on charges of sabotage. The date of their detention is unknown. A criminal case was opened against them for committing an act of international terrorism and illegal handling of explosives and explosive devices as part of an organized group. According to the Russian investigation, from February 24 to July 20, 2022, unidentified representatives of the Ukrainian special services united in an organized group with the aim of attempting to assassinate the head of the military-civilian administration of the village of Mikhailovka, Ivan Sushko. They involved Teterev, Kirichenko, Lyakhovenko, Smola and Novikov in their activities. On their instructions, the defendants had been following Sushko since May 2022. 23 August 2022 Vladimir Teteriev took a homemade explosive device from a cache and installed it on an official's car. The next day, seeing Sushko driving by in a car, Teterev detonated an explosive device.
