The case was initially submitted to the Southern District Military Court, but was transferred to another region for jurisdictional reasons, most likely to the occupied Donetsk region. According to unverified information, Vladimir Masyuk is serving his sentence in IK-4 in Horlivka, Donetsk region. The date of the verdict and the amount of punishment are unknown.
