Case Description
В Приморье не позднее 11 апреля 2024 года (точная дата неизвестна) задержали местного жителя Владимира Хвана. По утверждению ФСБ, мужчина, будучи несогласным с проводимой РФ специальной военной операцией, пытался связаться с признанной в РФ террористической организацией легион «Свобода России». Против приморца возбудили уголовное дело о конфиденциальном сотрудничестве с иностранной организацией. Суд поместил мужчину под стражу.
21 июня 2024 года Приморский краевой суд признал Владимира Хвана виновным и приговорил его к трём с половиной годам колонии общего режима. Приговор не был обжалован и вступил в законную силу.
