In Krasnoyarsk, no later than October 2022, a 53-year-old local resident, Vladimir Danilevsky, was detained. He was accused of organizing the activities of an extremist organization. On April 24, 2023, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk found Vladimir Danilevsky guilty and sentenced him to 6 years in prison with a 2-year ban on engaging in organizational activities in public associations and 1 year of restricted freedom. The court ruled that the main punishment in the form of imprisonment should be considered conditional with a probationary period of 4 years. The court also sentenced Danilevsky to a compulsory medical measure combined with the execution of the sentence, in the form of compulsory outpatient monitoring and treatment by a psychiatrist at the place of serving the sentence. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force. 10 July 2025, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk granted Danilevsky's petition for early termination of his suspended sentence and expungement of his criminal record."
