Belkovich Vladimir Anatolevich

In the city of Tulun, Irkutsk region, no later than June 20, 2023 (the exact date is unknown), 19-year-old local resident Vladimir Belkovich was detained. On June 25, 2023, the Kirovsky District Court of Irkutsk chose a measure of restraint for Belkovich in the form of detention. On May 22, 2024, the 2nd Eastern District Military Court found Vladimir Belkovich guilty and sentenced him to 13 years in prison. The young man will spend the first three years in prison, the remaining years in a strict regime colony. On August 26, 2024, the Appellate Military Court upheld the verdict.
