Case Description
В Томске не позднее мая 2026 года возбудили уголовное дело против журналиста Виктора Мучника. Его обвинили в уклонении от исполнения обязанностей, предусмотренных законодательством об «иностранных агентах».
В ноябре 2024 года Минюст внёс Мучника в реестр «иностранных агентов», после чего в мае и июне 2025 года журналиста дважды штрафовали за неисполнение соответствующих требований. Также в июле 2025 года его привлекли к административной ответственности за участие в деятельности «нежелательной» организации из-за интервью «Радио Свобода».
Сам Мучник находится не в России. МВД объявило его в розыск.
