Case Description
В плен к российским военным не позднее декабря 2024 года попал гражданин Украины, военнослужащий ВСУ Валерий Костюк. Против него возбудили уголовное дело об участии в деятельности террористической организации. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
14 ноября 2025 года Южный окружной военный суд признал Валерия Костюка виновным и приговорил его к лишению свободы, размер наказания неизвестен.
1 апреля 2026 года Апелляционный военный суд оставил приговор без изменения.
