В Воронеже в марте 2025 года задержали 31-летнего местного жителя Вадима Дорожкина. Его обвинили в государственной измене и участии в деятельности террористической организации. Подробности обвинения неизвестны. Сообщается, что после задержания мужчину пытали — «отжигали гениталии электрошокером, били».
Фигуранта дела поместили в СИЗО.
