Case Description
In Enerhodar, in the occupied Zaporizhzhia region, no later than April 2023 (the exact date is unknown), a 43-year-old local resident, Ukrainian citizen Tatyana Klyuchko, was detained. According to the version of the Russian security forces, in 2023 Klyuchko joined a certain terrorist community and expressed her readiness to participate in the preparation and commission of terrorist acts on the territory of the Zaporizhzhia region. On the instructions of an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Klyuchko received a homemade explosive device from another member of the community, which she first kept at home, and then, in April 2023, placed the device in the mailbox of one of the apartments in Energodar. An explosive device was allegedly discovered by neighbors, and law enforcement officers defused it. Ukrainian woman accused of participating in a terrorist community, attempted terrorist attack, and illegal storage of explosive devices. She was placed in a pre-trial detention center. On August 8, 2024, the Southern District Military Court found Tatiana Klyuchko guilty and sentenced her to 12 years in prison to be served in a general regime penal colony and a fine of 500 thousand rubles. rubles. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
