In Enerhodar, in the occupied Zaporizhzhia region, no later than April 2023 (the exact date is unknown), a 43-year-old local resident, Ukrainian citizen Tatyana Klyuchko, was detained. According to the version of the Russian security forces, in 2023 Klyuchko joined a certain terrorist community and expressed her readiness to participate in the preparation and commission of terrorist acts on the territory of the Zaporizhzhia region. On the instructions of an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Klyuchko received a homemade explosive device from another member of the community, which she first kept at home, and then, in April 2023, placed the device in the mailbox of one of the apartments in Energodar. An explosive device was allegedly discovered by neighbors, and law enforcement officers defused it.
