Case Description
In Krasnoyarsk, at the end of September 2025, journalist Svetlana Khustik was detained. She was accused of spreading "fakes" about the Russian army out of mercenary motives and on the grounds of political hatred. According to the investigation, in May 2023, Khustik, being a journalist for a foreign online publication, published an interview containing knowingly false information about the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
