Khorokhordin Severyan Mikhaylovich

Unknown persons set fire to a relay cabinet on the night of June 1-2, 2024, at the 109 km section of the "Shemyakino-Obninsk" Moscow Railway in the Kaluga region. Two relay cabinets burned out completely, but this did not affect the railway schedule. On August 24 of the same year, 21-year-old student of the nuclear university MEPhI Severian Khorokhodin was detained. A protocol on an administrative offense under the article on petty hooliganism was drawn up against him. On August 26, Judge Yulia Dobarina of the Obninsk City Court of the Kaluga Region arrested Khorokhodin for 15 days. It is unknown what specific offense the young man committed, but just three days later, during an interrogation, the student allegedly admitted guilt in setting fire to two relay cabinets. A criminal case of sabotage was opened against Khorokhodin. The court sent him to a pre-trial detention center.
