Case Description
Ukrainian citizen, serviceman of the "Azov" regiment Sergey Zavgorodny was included in the list of Rosfinmonitoring in October 2024 as being involved in a terrorist crime. He was accused of participating in a terrorist community and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities. On December 25, 2024, the Southern Military District Court found Sergey Zavgorodny guilty, the size of the punishment is unknown." The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
