В Твери возбудили уголовное дело о совершении диверсии в составе группы лиц против местного жителя Сергея Тисевича. Дата его задержания и подробности обвинения неизвестны. Сам Тисевич рассказал, что совершил диверсию из-за острой нужды в денежных средствах для оплаты съёмного жилья и отсутствия работы в строительной сфере.
Суд избрал фигуранту дела меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
