Case Description
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, no later than July 2019, a criminal case was opened for publicly justifying terrorism against local resident, a group 2 disabled person Sergey Sizyh. During a search of his home, they allegedly found instructions for making a Molotov cocktail and extremist literature. According to the FSB, Sizyh, adhering to extremist views, created an account under the name Sergei Zlobitsky on a social network, posted a message about a terrorist attack in the Arkhangelsk region, and in the comments to it supported the crime committed and called its organizer a hero. There is no information about the measure of restraint and sentence. October 21, 2025, Sergei Sizyh was again included in the list of Rosfinmonitoring as involved in a terrorist crime. The details of the charges are unknown. It is also unknown whether the man has been detained or is at large.
