Case Description
Против военнослужащего полка «Айдар» ВСУ Сергея Хрипко возбудили уголовное дело об участии в террористическом сообществе. Поводом для уголовного преследования стала служба в рядах ВСУ националистического батальона «Айдар», признанного в России террористическим. Дата пленения украинца неизвестна.
16 декабря 2025 года Южный окружной военный суд признал Сергея Хрипко виновным, размер наказания неизвестен. Приговор не был обжалован и вступил в законную силу.
