Case Description

For the duration of the investigation, the defendant was placed in a pre-trial detention center. On April 7, 2023, the Belgorod Regional Court found Sergey Glushchenkov guilty and sentenced him to 4.5 years in a strict regime colony. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
