Case Description
In annexed Crimea, no later than October 2023, 35-year-old local resident Sergey Fomenko was detained. He was accused of preparing a terrorist attack, illegal trafficking and manufacture of explosives and explosive devices, and treason. The man allegedly planned to blow up the railway track. The details of the charges are unknown. The court sent the Crimean to the detention center.
