In Moscow at Vnukovo Airport on July 5, 2025, around 9 pm, entrepreneur Sergey Derevyanko was detained. A man was taken to the police station, where a report on an administrative offense under the article on petty hooliganism was drawn up against him. According to police reports, Derevyanko, while in the passport control zone of the Vnukovo airport terminal "A" in a state of alcohol intoxication, indiscriminately used obscene language, shouted loudly and waved his arms, behaved aggressively." "In response to the demand to proceed to the duty station of the Vnukovo Airport Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, he categorically refused, resisted, and hindered the detention. On July 7, 2025, Judge Ekaterina Grishina of the Solntsevsky District Court of Moscow sentenced Derevyanko to 10 days of administrative arrest. July 15, 2025, after serving his sentence, a Moscow resident was detained again and taken to the Kotlovka District Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Another protocol on an administrative offense under the article on petty hooliganism was drawn up against him there. According to the police, Derevyanko, being in a public place (on the street), violated public order by expressing obvious disrespect for society, using obscene language, waving his arms, and behaving aggressively." On July 17, 2025, Judge Ekaterina Slyuzova of the Zyuzino District Court of Moscow arrested the man for another 12 days. Upon leaving the temporary detention facility, on July 28, 2025, Derevyanko was detained again. 7th police department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow was brought in, where a third protocol on an administrative offense under the article on petty hooliganism was drawn up against him. According to police reports, Derevyanko, around 12 midnight, while on the platform of the "Kaluzhskaya" metro station, loudly used obscene language, did not respond to remarks from citizens, spat, made obscene gestures, and behaved aggressively. 28 July 2025, Judge Iraida Fyodorova of the Cheryomushkinsky District Court of Moscow sentenced a Moscow resident to 14 days of administrative arrest. August 11, 2025, after serving his sentence, Derevyanko was detained again and a fourth protocol on an administrative offense under the article on petty hooliganism was falsified against him. The protocol states that on that day at 5 a.m. at the platform of the Kaluzhskaya metro station, he again "loudly expressed himself in obscene language, did not respond to remarks from citizens, spat, made obscene gestures, while behaving aggressively." "Later that day, Judge Iraida Fyodorova of the Cheryomushkinsky District Court of Moscow sent Derevyanko into administrative arrest for 14 days. On August 25, 2025, Derevyanko was detained again, and on August 26, Judge Iraida Fyodorova of the Cheryomushkinsky District Court of Moscow sentenced him to 10 days of administrative punishment on identical charges: around 9 a.m. at the platform of the Kaluzhskaya metro station, Derevyanko "loudly used obscene language, did not respond to remarks from citizens, made indecent gestures, and behaved aggressively. Following his arrest, on September 5, 2025, the man was detained on charges of treason. The details of the charges are unknown. On the same day, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow, at the request of the investigation, chose a measure of restraint for Derevyanko in the form of detention.
