Ukrainian intelligence agent who attempted to plant a bomb under the car of a Russian Defense Ministry officer was eliminated in Crimea, the FSB reported. “A terrorist act prepared by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on the territory of the Republic of Crimea against one of the senior officers of the Russian Ministry of Defense has been prevented,” the statement said. According to the information received, the recruited Ukrainian citizen was supposed to kill the Russian serviceman in his car using an explosive device that had been handed over to him.
