Case Description
A criminal case was initiated against Ruslan Sereda, a Ukrainian prisoner of war and serviceman of the 'Azov' regiment, for participating in a terrorist community and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities. The date of detention and details of the charges are unknown. On December 9, 2024, the Southern District Military Court found Ruslan Sereda guilty, the sentence is unknown. It was not appealed and entered into force.
