Case Description
In Moscow on the morning of July 23, 2024, 45-year-old local resident Petr Kras'ko was detained. He was accused of participating in an illegal armed formation. According to the investigation, the man allegedly published information on the network about "joining the Legion of Freedom of Russia. On July 24, 2024, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow placed Kras'ko in a pre-trial detention center. On August 18, 2025, the Tushinsky District Court of Moscow found Pyotr Kras'ko guilty and sentenced him to 9 years in a strict regime colony, with the first 3 years to be served in prison and 1.5 years of restricted freedom. November 25, 2025, the Moscow City Court left the verdict unchanged.
