Case Description
On January 16, 2025, Olga Sivushkova, a 36-year-old local resident of Vologda, a native of Tajikistan and a citizen of Israel, was detained. During the search, all her gadgets and a pistol resembling a traumatic weapon were seized. A criminal case was initiated against Sivushkova on charges of justifying terrorism. According to the investigation, she corresponded with representatives of the "Freedom of Russia" legion, reposted their posts in her Telegram channel, and "prepared to carry out a series of terrorist attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation" at their request. The court placed Sivushkova in a pre-trial detention center. According to Telegram channels associated with law enforcement agencies, Sivushkova (also known as Olga Pshenichnikova, with the Israeli passport name Andrey) is a transgender person and "a representative of the LGBT community." It is separately noted that she was engaged in creating online stores and registered a website with her services on a Ukrainian domain. In 2018, Olga Pshenichnikova was an informant for the Center "E" under the pseudonym "Cat" in the "New Greatness" case. Before her transition, she served in the Israeli army. In an interview with the TV channel "Dozhd," she called herself a nationalist and said that she supported Vladimir Putin. On May 12, 2025, the 1st Western Military District Court found Olga Sivushkova guilty and sentenced her to 4 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony. The verdict was not appealed and entered into force.
