В Москве не позднее июля 2026 года возбудили уголовное дело против блогера и журналиста Николая Левшица. Его обвинили в распространении «фейков» о российской армии по мотивам политической или идеологической ненависти. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
В июне 2026 года Левшица штрафовали за нарушение порядка деятельности «иностранного агента», а 2 июля 2026 года силовики внесли его в перечень террористов и экстремистов.
21 августа 2026 года Нагатинский районный суд Москвы заочно избрал фигуранту дела меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
