Case Description
On January 14, 2023, in the Voronezh region, two opened cabinets - a transformer and a distribution cabinet - were discovered at the 251 km section of the 'Otrushka - Berezovaya Roshcha' stretch. Not far from them lay a bag with a nail puller and a bottle with a strange liquid. The unknown person did not damage anything inside the cabinets, and the incident did not affect train traffic in any way. Military echelons pass through this section of the YuVZhD. On January 20, 2023, Nikita Kokin, 17, was detained in Voronezh." He was accused of attempted sabotage. The court sent him to a pre-trial detention center.
