Case Description
The residents of Makhachkala were accused of attacking police officers during protest actions against mobilization. OVD-Info lawyers reported that their clients had bodily injuries: bruises around the eyes, nose, limbs, chest area, bluish-purple ears, concussions with TBI, and some had fractures.
