In Ufa in January 2025, a 25-year-old local resident, Mikhail Nakonechny, was detained. He was accused of attempting to participate in the activities of a terrorist organization. He sent applications and questionnaires for joining three times via the Internet, after which he sent his passport details. Upon contacting a representative of the organization, he was instructed to wait for further instructions. After that, Nakonechny bought a train ticket to Moscow, from where he planned to fly to another country and then get to Ukraine. January 24, 2025, the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa chose a measure of restraint for the case participant in the form of detention.
