In December 2023, Maria Pevchik was put on the wanted list. In January 2024, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow placed Maria Pechikh under house arrest in absentia. The court ruled to count the term of arrest from the moment of extradition to the territory of the Russian Federation, or from the moment of her detention on the territory of the Russian Federation.
