Case Description
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory near the Uyar railway station on the night of June 2, 2023, unknown persons set fire to two electrical cabinets. 16-year-olds Ilya Ivanov and Kirill Kondratenko were detained on charges of arson. The teenagers were accused of sabotage committed by a group of persons by prior agreement. The court sent both to SIZO. On July 24, 2024, the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court found the defendants guilty and sentenced Ilya Ivanov to 5.6 years of imprisonment in an educational colony, and Kirill Kondratenko to 4 years of imprisonment in an educational colony.
