Case Description
В Красноярском крае в районе железнодорожной станции Уяр ночью 2 июня 2023 года неизвестные подожгли два электрошкафа.
По обвинению в поджоге задержали 16-летних Илью Иванова и Кирилла Кондратенко. Подростков обвинили в диверсии, совершённой группой лиц по предварительному сговору. Суд отправил обоих в СИЗО.
24 июля 2024 года Красноярский краевой суд признал фигурантов дела виновными и назначил наказание Илье Иванову 5,6 лет лишения свободы с содержанием в воспитательной колонии, и Кириллу Кондратенко 4 года лишения свободы в воспитательной колонии.
2 октября 2024 года Пятый апелляционный суд общей юрисдикции ставил приговор без изменения.
