Case Description
Student Kirill Katkov was detained in Tyumen at the end of November 2023. A criminal case was opened against him for "calls for terrorism. According to law enforcement, the young man hung two leaflets in the city calling for joining the 'Freedom of Russia' legion. It is unknown where the student is currently located.
