Case Description
In the Primorsky Krai, no later than December 2023, a local resident, a native of Ukraine, Ivan Motronenko, was detained. He was accused of public calls for terrorism. Details of the charges and the date of detention are unknown. The chosen preventive measure is also unknown. On August 29, 2024, the Pacific Fleet Military Court found Ivan Motronenko guilty and sentenced him to imprisonment, the size of the punishment is unknown. November 19, 2024, the Appellate Military Court left the sentence unchanged.
