Case Description
In the village of Liptsy in the Kharkiv region on May 10, 2024, a 25-year-old citizen of Ukraine, a fighter of the special unit "Kraken" of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Ilya Gut, was taken prisoner by Russian soldiers. A criminal case was opened against him, but it is unknown under which article. On November 7, 2025, a Ukrainian citizen was included in the list of Rosfinmonitoring as being involved in a crime of a terrorist nature.
