Case Description
В Бердянске оккупированной Запорожской области не позднее сентября 2024 года против местного жителя, гражданина Украины Игоря Норенко возбудили уголовное дело о призывах к терроризму. Подробности обвинения неизвестны. На время следствия мужчину поместили в СИЗО.
9 июня 2025 года Южный окружной военный суд признал Игоря Норенко виновным и назначил ему в качестве наказания штраф 250 тыс. рублей. В связи с нахождением под стражей во время следствия, суд смягчил мужчине наказание до 30 тыс. рублей. Норенко освободили в зале суда и до вступления приговора в законную силу взяли с него подписку о невыезде.
Приговор не был обжалован и вступил в законную силу.
