Case Description
In April 2024, Fyodor Teplishev, a minor, was detained in Moscow. A criminal case was opened against him for sabotage committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy and illegal handling of explosives or explosive devices." The details of the charges are unknown. On April 22, 2024, the Troitsky District Court of Moscow chose detention as a preventive measure for Fyodor. Later, the charges were reclassified to attempted terrorism by a group of individuals acting in collusion. On June 3, 2025, the 2nd Western District Military Court found Fyodor Teplyshev guilty and sentenced him to 7 years in a general regime colony." On November 13, 2025, the Appellate Military Court left the verdict unchanged.
