Case Description
In Krasnoyarsk, on the first day of the "partial" mobilization on September 22, 2022, a film crew from the NGS24 publication with Evgenia Shelkovnikova (Mandrygina) arrived at the military enlistment office of the Central and Soviet districts of the city to record a comment from conscripts." A man in camouflage came out into the hall and began to interfere with the work of journalists. He demanded that the journalist follow him to a closed area of the military enlistment office, began grabbing her by the hands, pushing and hitting her on the hands, knocked the phone out of the journalist's hands, and then dragged her through the turnstile into the closed part of the military enlistment office. The man turned out to be 60-year-old military commissar Viktor Nechiporenko. He blocked the doors of the military enlistment office, called the National Guard and wrote a statement about the girl's attack, demonstrating a bruise on his temple. A criminal case was initiated against Shelkovnikova for "use of violence against a representative of the authorities. It is unknown whether a preventive measure has been chosen. June 5, 2024, the Soviet District Court of Krasnoyarsk found Evgeniya Shelkovnikova guilty and sentenced her to three years of compulsory labor. On October 17, 2024, the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court upheld the verdict.
