Case Description
In the Kaliningrad region, no later than September 2024, 34-year-old Yevgeny Podolyak was detained. He was accused of public calls against state security and terrorism. The details of the charges are unknown. For the duration of the investigation, the defendant was placed in a pre-trial detention center. 5 September 2025, the Baltic Fleet Military Court found Evgeny Podolyak guilty and sentenced him to imprisonment, the size of the punishment is unknown. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
