Case Description
В Мариуполе оккупированной части Донецкой области 20 мая 2022 года в плен к российским военным попал 40-летний гражданин Украины, военнослужащий 55-й отдельной артиллерийской бригада «Запорожская Сечь», старший лейтенант Евгений Маркевич. Его обвинили в убийстве двух лиц, совершённом организованной группой по мотивам политической и идеологической ненависти, а также в жестоком обращении с гражданским населением.
19 марта 2025 года Маркевича освободили в ходе очередного обмена военнопленными между Россией и Украиной.
