Case Description
In December 2023, in Moscow, a criminal case was opened against the hosts of the YouTube channel "Khodorkovsky Live, Elena Malakhovskaya and Renat Davletgildeev, on charges of "spreading fakes" about the Russian army and "justifying terrorism." Alexey Rozhkov, who is being prosecuted in the case of the arson of the military enlistment office, gave an interview to the channel, which became the reason for criminal prosecution. According to the investigation, Malakhovskaya conspired with Alexei Rozhkov and Renat Davletgildeev that Rozhkov would call the arson of the military enlistment office he committed correct during an interview and spread false information about the RF Armed Forces, and they with Davletgildeev would express solidarity with him. Malakhovskaya and Davletgildeev are not in Russia.
